The quality of care and level of thoroughness was great. However, the promptness to being seen at your appointment time was lacking and pretty awful to be honest. The latter is the reason I will not be returning to this office. I would rather drive 20 mins out of the way to be seen at my appointment time and be in and out rather than be inconvenienced by spending 1.5 hrs in a doctor's office. I had eye infection so it was great to find an office within 5 mins of my job so I could run there between things at work by taking an early lunch. I had a 10:30AM appointment and wait 20 mins to be called in. Not sure if I picked a bad day, but the office was filled with older folks who likely had no where else to be. After finally being brought in and seen, I was offered the opportunity to have an annual eye exam done too. I asked if it would be long and specifically told the medical assistant I needed to leave by 12PM to go back to work. She said it wouldn't be long and completed the initial exams and told me to wait in the inside waiting area for the rest of the exams. I was patiently sitting there and it is now 11:45AM and I have yet to be seen for the last set of exams. I flagged down the medical assistant and tell remind her that I need to leave by 12PM and it is now 11:45AM and if the rest of the exam cannot be done, I need to leave now. She rushes me in to do the last exams and I was able to just make it out by 12PM to make it back to work for my meeting. No idea why the additional exams weren't done sooner and only complete once I complained about the wait.

So grateful to have this clinic in the neighborhood. Have worked with Dr. Tin and Dr. Nahornyak and both are wonderful and well-suited to their fields. Really appreciate how attentive and thorough everybody is, the receptionists and assistants are also really friendly and on top of things. A+ all around, thanks as always for what you do.

I just started going to this office and highly recommend it! For one, they do not overbook so you will be taken within a few minutes of your appointment. The staff is knowledgeable and administer most of the exams and then you meet with the doctor. I see Dr Sing Your Li and she has a wonderful bed side manner and one can feel comfortable with her because she exudes knowledge and compassion. Overall, I give this five stars but I would mark even higher given their professionalism.

WOW this was a great experience. Both Dr. Tung and his staff were exceptional. Dr Tung was the first Dr. who took the time to listen to me and ask questions. I have a good feeling that my ongoing eye problem for the last 3 years will be resolved. I felt like he cared And wanted to help.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! Let me tell you about the dream team: Dr. Li and her right-hand superstar Darwin. This was my first visit to Dr. Li's office after being urgently referred to a uveitis specialist by my ophthalmologist--and I walked in feeling nervous, half-blind in my right eye, and full of questions. From the moment I stepped into the office, everything just clicked. Check-in? Easy as pie. Even though my interaction with the front desk was short (because the moment I walked in everything was already handled--just had to sign one quick form), I have to say: the women behind the desk were everything. Warm smiles, friendly vibes, and total competence. They were like the welcoming committee for this medical dream team--setting the tone with "you're in good hands" energy before I even had the chance to sit down. Literally. I was just about to park myself in the waiting room when Darwin swooped in to bring me to the back. Now let's talk about Darwin--this man is a GEM. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely listened as I explained my symptoms. He asked all the right questions, got what I like to call my "eye vitals," and when I mentioned the pressure and near-complete vision loss in one eye, he didn't skip a beat--he checked my eye pressure right away and went straight to consult with Dr. Li. He also made me laugh, which was much needed. Like, give this man a raise and a trophy. Enter Dr. Li--poised, brilliant, and an absolute boss in the best possible way. She walked in with such calm authority and compassion, I instantly felt at ease. She took her time, examined my eyes in every way imaginable, asked thorough questions, and didn't rush a single moment. When it came time to make the call on whether to send me to a specialist or perform an emergency procedure right there--she trusted her instincts, chose to act, and walked me through every single step so I knew exactly what to expect. Her communication was top-tier and her hands? Steady and confident. The whole procedure? Seamless. I left that office feeling like I had just been taken care of by the Beyonce and Jay-Z of ophthalmology. Seriously. I trusted them implicitly and still do. It's rare--RARE--to feel so safe, heard, and cared for on a first visit, especially in a situation that could've been downright terrifying. If you're considering Dr. Li's office, stop thinking and GO. They're efficient, compassionate, and make you feel like you're more than just a chart number--they make you feel like you matter. Because you do. People may not always remember what you did, but they'll always remember how you made them feel--and Dr. Li, Darwin, and even the fabulous front desk team made me feel seen, safe, and supported. That's real healthcare. That's the gold standard.

Excellent practice! Reception, intake and care were stellar. Dr. Nahornyak is absolutely fantastic! She is kind, thorough and was able to quickly diagnose and treat my condition. I would highly recommend this smoothly run practice!

The overall experience at Dr. Tung's practice is outstanding! His staff is friendly, very skilled at what they do and their teamwork is highly commendable. They have an outstanding mentor in Dr. Tung.who really knows his trade! He answers any question with a smile, and his practice has the most up to date equipment. I am happy to have found such a dedicated, highly skilled Doctor with a superb staff!
