I have been getting my glasses from 20/20 Westside Eyecare for almost 10 years. Dr. Kraden is hilarious and has great conversation. I have never had an issue with any of my RXs. Ken, helped with the frames and lenses, is very knowledgeable and thorough. My glasses fit perfectly and i can see!!!! I definitely recommend to family and friends.

The lady on the phone was rude and condescending and gave me incorrect information. She was unable to locate my insurance and insisted I did not have insurance. I had my insurance company call to prove I had insurance. Once proven wrong she went full on jerk mode. I'm currently looking for another provider.

I had a really horrible time dealing with these people. Trouble every step of the way staff. After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment they called and me to change my appointment then they screwed up the new appointment date and scheduled me when there was no Dr in.

My Family and I been going here my whole life for glasses im 40 yrs of age now. I even ended bringing my 2 children here... Sadly to say they made a mistake and kick me and my 12 yr old son out there clinic. I spent a lot of money over the years and can't believe how we got treated.. customers always right doesn't apply here the nurses are rude. The doctors great but not worth the headache.. I don't refer this place to anyone look how they treated me I've been going there since I was 10.. smh
