America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I purchased two pairs of glasses and a pair of contacts from your location at 2143 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY. Your representative Fay was excellent in helping me through the process. Very professional, patient understanding and very knowledgeable on what I was eligible to purchase within the framework of my insurance. Also, her knowledge of the best lens geared towards my visual needs. I felt like a valued customer.

Honestly, I've been to many different optometrist offices over the past 14 years, and none of them have ever made me feel as at home as America's Best on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, NY. The technician, Celeste, was amazing. It was unfortunate that some people gave her a hard time during my visit because she truly was the sweetest soul and handled everything with patience and professionalism. Dr. Salman was also incredible -- she explained my vision very thoroughly and helped me understand what was actually going on with my eyes after so many doctors didn't fully acknowledge my astigmatism or my accommodating spasms. Some even told me to "try and see" what I couldn't see. Dr.Salman helped provide some insight, I finally felt heard and taken seriously. When it came time to choose frames, they had a wide selection, including name brands like MK, polo, etc at reasonable prices in my opinion. My insurance covered my exam and gave me an $80 allowance. I found a cute pair (off brand) priced at $88 and only paid $8 out of pocket. I was also able to donate toward glasses for homeless kids in need, which made the visit even more meaningful. They also offer 40% off a second pair within 30 days which is perfect because I was torn between two frames. Amanda, the store associate, measured my pupil distance and helped me pick out my frames. I couldn't decide between two pairs, but she made me feel confident in both choices. We even asked another associate, Ariellys (I hope I'm spelling that right), and since we have similar hair types and color her input really helped too. Another customer and her daughter chimed in with their opinion, and together we finally chose a pair. I walked out feeling beautiful and confident -- something I haven't felt in a long time. They told me by 2/23/26 my visit was 2/10/26. I will be back for a final review.

America's Best really the best!! They have been helping me since I visited them in Decature GA. The doctors and the technicians are always treating me with a great respect. I have been going to ECVA for more than a year with no treatment for my real problem. I also went to Ross eye institute, OCCuli and Atwal Eye Care and all these so called specialists are jocking on patients like me by hiding under the shadow of "specialists" every time I went there they were telling me you just have allery and then tell me to take meds. After more than a year long suffering becase of these so called specialists negligence and cruelty, I made an appointment and the amazing Doctor Alysa at America's best resolved my riddle and refferred me to a real specialists. All the techs are also amazing and offcourse they were the bridge that took me to this amazing doctor I wish and believe that America's best becomes America's best Ophthalmology.They always resolved my glasses needs with my vision issues and their glasses are the best as well. Thank you all at America's Best! You are the best!

Amanda and shirih were so amazing and helpful. I called, Amanda answered the phone and I was panicking almost in tears because of my glasses being broken and needing a new prescription. She got me an appointment immediately and handled the situation with such professionalism. Shirih helped me pick out a new pair of glasses that looked almost the exact same as my old pair which they unfortunately discontinued. There was also a woman who I spoke to before Amanda who was great but i did not catch her name. Just all around great service.

Dr.Jagdeo was very professional and great with kids. She was easy to speak to and answered all my questions. Ray was amazing helping my kids pick out frames and cashing out. He was very friendly and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Very happy with my experience.

I got several pairs of glasses this month, including an epic pair of round (prescription) sunglasses. Vicki (who reminds me of super cool Garcia from that one show) and Dr. Alyssa are true professionals in their respective fields. My glasses are complicated as I am dependent on lenses primarily. There was a slight change needed, and Dr. Alyssa quickly identified it and placed the change order. However, from an insurance perspective, this was easier said than done. Vicki flawlessly navigated the complex insurance process, refunded the old script, and placed the new order. As a result, today I am quite enjoying my new glasses. Thank you so much Vicki and Dr. Alyssa for such a pleasant experience and for your expertise. 5 stars all the way!!!

Appointment was right on time. Very friendly helpful staff. Great selection of frames and very very affordable. I highly recommend Americas Best.

I had some trouble with the accuracy of my prescription. However, the manager of the Delaware Ave Buffalo store, Vicki, was so kind, attentive and helpful. She really went the extra mile to help me out and get me set up with a good script and cute glasses. The 5 stars are for Vicki's customer service.
