Overall good experience. I think she might have needed to wait a bit longer after administering numbing eye drops before continuing with her measuring (for pressure?). I couldn't help repeatedly flinching when her equipment was at my right eye. But she was calm and cheerful, and otherwise helpful. No real complaints.
