Broadway Opticians

This place js the worst 3 weeks later i have been given two pick up dates and still no glasses. DO NOT GO HERE would have given no stars if it were an option

Had the absolute worst experience speaking to the receptionist. Was confused about a possible issue with my husbands prescription and he wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. Please save yourself the headache and go to a different optician. Edit: My Husband ended up going to another place and turns out, Broadway Opticians made a mistake on his prescription which is exactly what I had called them to follow up on. Absolutely ridiculous.

UPDATED REVIEW- Initially the wait time was 10 days but due to the frames being out of stock through Medisource, I didn't receive my frames until 3 months. If I had known that up front from the staff then I would've decided to go somewhere else or would've been more patient instead of thinking I was being scammed. The frames actually came out great but don't expect any decent customer service. I guess you come here if you don't really have options outside of the Broadway area.

I don't know why the reviews are so low but I'm very particular with the optician that I use for my eyes since I do have a serious eye condition. I Intentionally kept my Sam's Club membership in order to have appointments regularly with a Doctor Hooven there and he was the best optician that I had worked with and getting my eyes checked better than Ross Eyecare and Walmart and a few others. I hesitatingly came to Broadway optician because it's only a few blocks from home and these glasses are one of the best that I've had besides getting used to bifocals. It's inside Broadway market and it's always busy but the quality is on point.

I ordered glasses there, and now they are closed for weeks afterwards. Now I can't get my glasses out. I don't understand why they are closed. Of course I need them now for school and to drive. I can't even call them. Wow they could have warned us when we were there a week ago and got my exam and new glasses ordered.

Had an appomment for my sister at 1pm, stopped by they were unable to see her so asked to come back at 2:30, so we did receptionist tried giving us another appointment because the person that my sister need to see stepped out. Well currently its 2:43pm we are still waiting for the person to come back hopefully after waiting over a month she can finally get her contactlenses.

Courteous and quick service, and all the up to date frames. I'm usually stressed out when it comes to an eye exam. The Dr. Made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. I was very happy with the services I received.

The receptionist is the worst, I have been going to this place for years, and the receptionist is the worst, I had a bad encounter with him before a couple years ago and he is still there with that nasty attitude, I like the eye doctor there but after my last appointment ill be going elsewhere, shouldn't have to deal with a sassy mouth man
