Buffalo's Best Opticians

I have been waiting for my daughter's glasses for over a month. We were initially told they would be ready in two weeks. When we went to pick them up at that time, we were informed that they had just been sent to the insurance plan to have the lenses placed and that it would take about one more week. Today, after an entire month of waiting, I called to check the status and was told they are now "out of stock." I find this very concerning, as no one ever called or sent any notification regarding any delay or issue with the order. Is there no follow-up process in place when orders are delayed? Is inventory not verified before confirming timelines to patients? The lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing. Had I known this would take this long, I would have never ordered the glasses here. By the time my daughter finally receives them, she may very well need a new prescription. Additionally, the poor treatment I experienced during my first visit only adds to the frustration. This is certainly not the level of service I would choose to pay for again.

Love this practice! I've tried other providers and theyre just terrible sales people. My experience with the staff has always been wonderful. No garbage sales tactics to "try" nonsense that I don't want or need. Wonderful selections & styles with affordable prices & quality products. These folks take vision very seriously & they focus on a positive customer experience. Cant recommend them enough!

I haven't had a correct prescription for my eyewear since before 2016. After I went to Buffalo's Best Opticians, I was surprised that they'd actually made my eyesight better, not worse, with their corrective lenses.

Had trouble getting my prescription right at another optometrist and was recommended Buffalo's Best by a friend. Eye exam was quick and easy, the doctor got my prescription correct with ease, and I received excellent new glasses within a couple of weeks. Everything and everyone involved was excellent, including the optician, who helped me find a solid set of frames and lenses for a good price. Would absolutely recommend them to others, especially if you have needs that go beyond a "normal" prescription (like you think you might need bifocals for the first time, or you are seeing floaters as a result of a weak prescription written by another, less experienced doctor, etc.). These folks will get it right.

When I first went there for the exam it was fast waited a little over a month for my glasses they never tinted them they claim that they forgot to they are the worst place ever to get glasses they don't deserve to be in business I would give them a big fat zero

i came in for my yearly checkup. everything went well. the staff was and is very friendly and helpful. I did stop in for an adjustment on my glasses a week before my appointment. i didn't have to wait long, and there was no charge. no change to my vision, so I didn't have to buy new glasses. The pair I have is still good for another year. but when I do, I'll definitely be back.

I drive from Clarence Center, NY for this great family team. They have a great variety of frames, and the Optometrist is the best in Buffalo!
