Had an appointment at another store.(Vision Works) Told me they didn't take my insurance. They weren't willing to even make a sale. They directed me to Lens Crafters in the nearby plaza. Best decision they could have made. They lost a sale and I was taken care of very professionally by all at Lens Crafters at the McKinnley Plaza.They gave me an eye exam the same day I came in. And picked out a beautiful frame. Looking forward to picking up! Thank you to the staff of Lens Crafters!!!

Not many optometrist are open on Sundays..or holidays. That is one selling point. The staff at the Hamburg location is excellent, they will take time to help you get examined, fitted, and on your way. The amount of attention that is given to every single customer is impressive. Perhaps the strongest selling point that goes overlooked is Hannah and her ability to handle children. She can put a nervous child at ease, and march them through the process. She understands that many younger kids may not know their alphabet entirely, or hesitate putting their face in front of a machine that puffs air. Aside from the comfortable atmosphere and hundreds of selections, Hannah is a standout practitioner.
