I do not have many options of eye doctors who except my insurance so I figured when I found a place it would not be the best. However, I was very satisfied with visionworks. They were knowledgeable of my insurance what they covered and their polices. The doctor made me feel comfortable which is difficult due to my anxiety. She thoroughly explained what she was doing and what the things meant. The person in front helped me get the glasses I wanted and helped me pick ones that looked good!

Dr. Lucy was fantastic. However while I was getting my exam, the gentleman with the long hair came into the room to change the garbage and it was incredibly uncomfortable. Please don't do that. Give your patients privacy during their appointments and the opportunity to speak with the doctor without strangers listening. The garbage can wait.
