He was very curtious and described the procedure to be done thoroughly. I was relieved and appreciative.

Doc was able to get me in within a couple days of my call. Extremely thorough, and answered all of my questions. I wish I would've gone to him sooner.

My experience felt like a heard of cows being seen in an extremely expedited manner. I saw how the Opthalmologist would alternate between rooms within' less than five minutes from one, to the next. He was pleasant, when he came into my room and even though, I sensed an urgency from him that his focus was to get to other patients as fast as possible. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. My eyes were dilated and numbed and as I asked questions, he told me the same thing the Optometrist told me to get a referral for Neurology. He rushed to other patients. I was told by the assistant I would get a pair of glasses to go over mine for the dilation of my pupils and the numbing drops I was given. I asked the front desk who she had no idea and did not ask the assistant for such. I drove home through the back streets and for the day, I stayed in my dark room for the entirety of my day, apart from having to pick up my child from school. I do not recommend such an expedited procedure where you can clearly see their focus is on a time crunch. More patient to Dr. ratio. As being in the Medical field with a degree, I believe concerns and time with a patient is the main focus per the patient bill of rights.

Staff very friendly and doctor was great

Dr. Was great, very friendly and recommended a contact lens he wears himself. Girls in the office were also great! The only negative here is that you have to go to a different office (in the same building) to get fitted or order. It was extremely busy and took an hour to be seen, only to be told they they don't have trials and would need to be ordered. If I had known this before I went, I may not have gone. Patients that are there for an appointment should be seen first.

Kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Was very helpful with questions we had and was professional while doing our daughters exam. Made appointments for both parents while there because of our happiness with the visit. Will continue to go to this office while living in Buffalo.
