I have been a client for many years and this is the first time I have been in the waiting room with so many people. The reception was over crowded . It was evident that some people should not have been there and or have mask on. My appointment was for 9:15 am and I did not get seen until 10:15.
The assistant that I saw did not introduce herself and there were no familiar people there. They did not appear to be professionals. One person (Dr Dusse assistant) entered the room to talk about another client and it appeared there was a mistake on her chart. I was taken back by her discussing another clients chart even though there was no name mentioned. Are these people practicing on the population at this location?
I did not get the opportunity to speak with Dr Dusse after.

Dr. Dusse joined ECVA early in 2018. Previously, he practiced through Buffalo Medical Group, P.C. and the Wettlaufer Eye Clinic. Dr. Dusse received his Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and Chemistry from Vanderbilt University School of Engineering (Cum Laude), his Master's degree in Biology from Syracuse University Graduate School (Magna Cum Laude) and his Medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, where he completed his residency in Ophthalmology.
