In Dec 2025 I asked to see Dr Boscarino as he saw me over 10 years ago, but they scheduled me with Dr Eric Ruff. Dr Ruff had such a kind and humble disposition. He called me back after consulting a colleague on the day he said he would. I called him a second time a month later to ask about the procedure he recommended and he walked me through what he would be doing and answered all my questions. Terrible! Office staff was rude and lacked basic empathy. Wait times are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Flaum in Rochester. Everything from the facilities to the staff are a much higher caliber.

Dr Philip Niles was wonderful! He was understanding and personal. He explained the procedure very well. He called me from the OR to lmk everything went well.
The office staff ( receptionist) need to have some of his compassion. They were not very user-friendly. They made us feel like we were putting them out for asking questions.

I am so glad I was referred to this practice for my particular issue. Most importantly, my treatment has improved my vision, and I look forward to further progress.

It's so unfortunate that I have to leave a review because Dr Niles himself was phenomenal. I didn't have an issue whatsoever with the treatment, but when it came time for billing the nightmare occured. The billing manager Dawn and office manager dragged out a billing error over 4 weeks when a simple correction to a code was all that was needed. I was reminded several times over several phone calls that they have been doing this for 20-28 years and haven't had billing issues before. For $350 I'll pay the bill to save myself the headache and find treatment elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.

I was taken in right away to start the exam process. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.
Dr. Crabtree reviewed my test results and did his own exam as well. He took the time to review his finding and recommendations in a way that was understandable to me. Dr. Crabtree told me that at this time his findings indicate no further follow is needed.
I was happy to learn no follow up is required. If in the future I need further follow-up by a retina specialist I would want Dr. Crabtree to be my physician.
As a patient it really feels good to have a team of clinicians who I have absolute trust and confidence in.

Wait time is excessive. I've been here over 2 hours and still waiting to see Dr. Flanigan. I'm usually here an hour but this is ridiculous. My time is just as valuable as the Doctor's time. They need to schedule less appointments or get more doctors. It's now been over 3 hours and I'm still waiting to see the Dr. I will be looking for another doctor.
