Target Optical

Gary is the man. I am from out of town and my sunglasses had a screw back out and lost. Stopped by and Gary put my sunglasses back together with a new screw immediately free of cost. 10/10 recommend this place.

I am so glad that I switched to Target Optical. The staff were super nice every time I stopped in. First was to look at options, another time for my exam, and then to pick up my glasses. Every employee that I interacted with were down to earth and made me feel like a friend. The doctor was awesome to have. He did not rush me and was very patient. It takes forever for my eyes to adjust during exams when they switch between strengths when reading the chart. I have felt rushed at other places or told to "do my best" or "guess" so they could move on. He was also patient with all of my questions for drops to use for my dry eye. I will definitely be sticking with them going forward. My last eye place was not answering their phone for over a month when I was calling to make an appointment. They're not always open when they say, and it's been like that for years. I tried another place and they never called me back. I hopped online and was able to make my appointment at Target within minutes and my appointment was the very next week. Thanks again for the awesome experience! PS: my glasses were cheaper than my last place. And at Target, I was able to add on things to my lenses and still came out cheaper than the last two places I went to. And the options at the other place weren't as good and I would settle on frames I didn't really care for. I love the frames I picked out at Target and did not have to settle this time.

Dr. Bench is very thorough in his exams. He also has a vast knowledge about contact lenses. Latisha is an awesome optician. She makes sure the glasses fit perfectly. She takes her time to make sure everything fits well.

Gary is so helpful! My girlfriend recommended him and I'm so glad I came to this Target. I have one closer but she was so pleased I decided to work with Gary. Two pairs of glasses later, I couldn't be happier!! Thank you sir!

Very friendly People Gary was wonderful kept me laughing until Dr.Rodman came to do my eye exam.He was Amazing explain everything to me about my eye exam. This will be my new place to get my eye exam. Thank You Guys For Being Amazing& Friendly

The North Buffalo Target Optical facility is fabulous. Everyone we encountered provided superb customer service; from Latisha to Gary and Dr. Schwartz it seemed everyone was focused on ensuring our satisfaction throughout the entire process of eye exam to order and beyond. I have been coming here for a few years and each time my experience is exceptional!! The doctors are amazing and explain everything very well. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind as well. They always fit my glasses perfect to my face, and give me plenty of trial contacts to get me by until mine arrive. Highly recommend!

Latisha is the epitome of customer service! She goes the extra mile to exceed expectations and make customers friends! I am always happy to purchase my glasses from this optical because the people are great, they have a great selection of glasses and I always leave happy!
