Staff is nice and the frames are great, however I am sorely disappointed in the lenses. I spent a lot of money for the lenses to have antiglare/blue light coating and they do not have either. They also do not correct my astigmatism. I don't even know if they're polycarbonate. I'm not pleased I have to wait yet another week and a half for glasses. The top ones are the old ones and bottom are the new ones.

I was there for an exam today, everyone was very friendly and professional from the moment I walked in! Lady in the first exam room was wonderful explained everything she was doing! Lady doing the Second exam room with the doctor was very present and great and explaining everything as well! Overall a very smooth process even with the exam being remote. Picking out glasses and completing that process was fast and simple!

I had to wait for a few minutes but it was because not enough staff. But when Brittany starting helping me it was with a real sense of service and helpfulness. She was extremely courteous and responsive. If I didn't consider America's best my store of preference she would truly have my business and loyalty. Thanks

Staff lack the know how to adjust glasses. Stopped in to have the fix mine because they kept sliding down my nose. The gentlemen that helped treated me like I was radioactive. Would not come over check to see where the adjustments need to be. Needless to say I left with my glasses sliding down my nose. I give them a -F.

Very friendly and helpful staff from the moment you walk in. No long wait to start the exam and such an easy process. Also getting two pairs of glasses starting at 79.95 is a great deal! So many different fun frames to choose from, can't decide... the staff is great with helping you out! Definitely highly recommend Americas Best!

The staff didn't seem to have much experience with fitting glasses. One person even admitted that he didn't know how to adjust my frames. They seemed unprofessional, even in their attire--shorts and a casual shirt isn't what I'd expect in a place of business. Hard to take someone seriously when they dress and act unprofessionally. I only went there because my insurance wasn't accepted in the place(s) I've gone in the past where they took their business a little (no, a lot) more seriously.

I went to this location and was getting an eye exam for my diabetes... I wasn't aware that the doctor was through a screen which was kind of weird but it was okay. They continued to do my eye exam while she was on zoom and being a diabetic your eyes change all the time.. She was telling me oh I know you can see something um no I can NOT see any small letters with my bad eye and she swore I could... She gave me an extremely high script. I ended up having to go see a specialist at Guthrie for them to dilate my eyes.. Guthrie gave me a way lower scrip than what she did. I would of never been able to see out the scrip she gave me was too high. I like the fact that you can't take your script there was another place and they will fill it so with my insurance I can only get new glasses every 2 years so I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for 79.99.. They tried to have me pay well over 200.00 absolutely NOT.. I know how think my lenses are I don't have an issue but over all it's a great play to go

I had a great experience with Lisa . I was greeted right away in a very friendly manner. . Lisa was interested in what I came in for and assisted me with getting everything ordered. Thank you Lisa
