Dr. John Plow

The people that adjust the glasses are dishonest and lazy! One literally broke my glasses when adjusting them then proceeded 2 glue them 2gether vs just being honest when it happened. After I discovered the damage I returned them and he was finally honest and they did replace my frames. But when I went to pick them up the lady gave them to me stretched out and I had to request them to be tighten up. Ummm isn't tht ur entire reason for being their to ensure proper fit. What a joke! Idky I ordered glasses from them. I normally get my prescription and order elsewhere. Now iky I did this for 5+ years. I recommend ONLY the ONE doctor. BUT everyone else is questionable. I will go back to my old way of doing things with them. The dishonesty is highly disappointing. Im just glad it didn't turn into a court battle. I will definitely be less trusting when I go get them adjusted again.

I highly recommend The Vision Center. I visited the painted post location and the staff was welcoming and the office was very clean. Had wonderful options for glasses and I even left the same day with trial contacts. Amazing, quick, efficient and kind service throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend the Vision Center! The staff were extremely friendly. Dr. Plow was great! I received the most throrough eye exam that I have ever had. Dr. Plow answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed by him or the other staff members. I just wish that I would have known about the vision center sooner.
