This is the most friendly Eye Doctors I have been too! Staff is always nice and polite! They are very helpful when selecting the perfect pair of glasses! I have been coming here since 2017 and the atmosphere has not changed at all! Dr.plow is always amazing and goes through every thing with every little detail and me being a diabetic he made sure everything was good with my eyes medically! Definitely deserves more than a 5 star definitely would recommend this practice

Great experience. I've been a customer since 2018 and have seen multiple doctors at this location, all of which are great. Dr. Plow and Dr. Mint are both courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. My appointment was right on time. Everyone from the front desk to check-out were helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me with my glasses and picking out options because they were both a huge help. Thank you, everyone, at the Vision Center for making my eye exam easy and efficient. I'll see you in a couple of weeks to pick up my glasses.

Everyone is always so friendly and nice! Very accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment. Andrea helped me today while picking up my new glasses and she was very kind like everyone there! I've never had a bad experience.

Dr Plow and his staff are phenomenal. Will never go anywhere else. We owned an optical business for 30+ years in Elmira until we closed it during covid, do I am very familiar with the business. Dr Plow is the best refractor I've ever been to, and his personality and attention to detail, and to his patients is elite. My only complaint is the new Painted Post clinic stole Christine from Big Flats! I ADORE her! You cannot ask for a better face of your business than Christine. Her personality shines, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure all of your needs are met. Best eye care clinic in the area.

Excellent service. Scheduled an appointment online yesterday for today. There was virtually no waiting involved at all even though this is clearly a very busy office. I recently relocated and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, friendly quality service, and the efficiency observed with my appointment today. Will definitely be returning to this location for future needs as well. 5 for Dr. Plow and the rest of the team. The whole team explained exactly what was happening, when it was happening, and why it was happening throughout the whole experience.

I absolutely love my optometrist, but the overall management of the office staff needs improvement. I will also say that SOME of the front office desk staff seem unapproachable. I have visited many times and the most recent I just wanted to pick up my glasses because they closed early on 12/31. So on 1/2 I came in well after lunch hours (1:35pm) to pick up my glasses but was told the only optician on staff today was on lunch. Hey sometimes we take late lunches! I did speak with a nice office staff member and she told me (after I was waiting for about 10 minutes) that on Friday there is only one typically staffed. Good to know! We learn every day! There was no set lunch time for the above. Best to call ahead of you are picking up glasses.

Was not impressed at all with much of the service I received. They were overbooked and you could tell. My first appointment I made earlier in the month when I came in they told me they had been trying to call me to reschedule, I explained I had never received a call and upon looking at my records they never updated any of my information from over 15 years ago... So what was the point of giving it all so after making the time and effort I had to reschedule. The second visit didn't seem much better the secretary seemed to not know much to why I wasn't eligible for lens even I explained my last eye exam was a year ago I was told to call my insurance company. My previous eye doctor never had issues and when they came up they were always so helpful to resolve it. The eye doctor was working multiple patients at a time so when I was putting my contacts in which took 30 seconds I waited another 10 minutes for him to finish with another patient. The communication between the office is horrible and it isn't just me, overall they are overbooked and over extended which means that personal level of customer service is gone maybe not for established patients but as a new patient my patience was very much at a low and I felt very undervalued. Unfortunately first impressions matter the most and I was not impressed I will be looking elsewhere for my next eye exam.
