DON'T GO HERE!! SCAM! I came here for glasses with fidelis insurance. My insurance covered my exam, lenses and a pair of frames from a very small selection of glasses. The glasses my insurance covered were all hideous so I chose a pair that were $130 I paid for them at the time of the visit out of pocket. Three months later and after 5 different phone calls, I've received multiple bills saying I still owe $30. I saw the price tag on the glasses and that's what I paid. After calling the office back, they said some sort of coupon wasn't applied and to ignore the bill. I've then talked to the billing department after receiving the bill again a month later, and they said they would remove the $30 bill and not to worry about it, that I shouldn't receive another bill in the mail. Then I got another one, and so I called this place back, same thing, some coupon and to ignore the bill. I now just received another one saying it's the final notice and they're going to send it to collections if I don't pay it. This place is a joke, and clearly are money hungry trying to squeeze every penny they can out of you. Most people don't question the bills they get in the mail, who knows how much money they've scammed off of their community. Pathetic. I will be calling the billing department AGAIN on Monday until I speak with a manager who can fix this finally. Waste of my time and money, all of their frames were ugly, even the ones I chose, I just needed glasses as soon as possible so I picked the best ones I could. Highly disappointed.
