I am so pleased with Dr Charles Fetterman he's so professional his staff as well. I've been having eye problems for years. No other doctor knew why just kept prescribing glasses and they still didn't work. Yesterday I had cataract surgery and I have 20/20 vision in right eye. Omg to see again is amazing. Doing second eye in a couple of weeks. I am so pleased with Dr Fetterman and his miracle hands and to let me see again. God bless him. He gets a 10+++++ in my experience and his team in Niagara Surgery thanks for all your support

I have only the highest praise for Dr. Fetterman and his staff. The office is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and they were able to accommodate me immediately when I was having an urgent issue.
Dr. Fetterman himself is patient and knowledgeable, and was able to clearly answer my deluge of prying questions. Friendly and kind, he defies typical doctor stereotypes. Ask him about his band!

Went twice. Saw the lady first then saw Dr Fetterman. Both gave exams with no relief. Called again. He said there's nothing else I can do, go see an allergist. I did. Eyes still hurt. Fetterman sent me to Ross eye Institute. They found in less than 5 seconds what TWO of them missed at his office! Fetterman has lost two patients now!

Just 3 weeks after Dr. Fetterman performed Laser Cataract surgery on the second of my sad old eyes - I am Just Dazzled. I see great, for the first time since the age of 6. No glasses is a great feeling. Dr. Fetterman was attentive, and treated me as if I was an old friend. During the surgery, he was incredibly calming, and actually made the procedure almost fun...
The staff at his Lockport office is focused simply on the patient. When you are there, you are the most important person in the building. They listen to you and really HEAR what you are saying.
Billing has been accurate and exactly as I was told the cost would be.
If you are thinking of getting Laser surgery, and live near Lockport, I cannot recommend Dr. Fetterman Highly enough. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Made an appointment on Wednesday for a specified pediatric patient and we discussed the reason for visit. I was offered an appointment the very next day for Thursday which meant having to take my child out of school early. This office called Thursday morning and now cancelled the appointment after I already made arrangements to take my child out of school and rearrange my schedule. Very dissatisfied and a waste of time! Two stars because was at least staff was friendly over the phone.
