Davison Road Optical

I enjoyed my visit at Davison Road Optical. Dr Snyder was very kind and thorough. I can tell that he really cares about his patients quality of life. His staff are equally kind and efficient. I highly recommend his practice.

I am very happy with Davison Road Optical! I usually get my routine eye exams there and have to book in advance for them. But on Dec. 30th, during the Christmas holidays, Dr. Snyder took me the same day when I was having an issue with one of my eyes. He was very thorough in his exam and diagnostic tests. He spent quite a bit of time with me to give me both an accurate diagnosis and some peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr. Duane Snyder! He is a very good and compassionate doctor.

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Prompt, professional service at the desk and it just got better from there. Initial eye work was done by a very pleasant and professional assistant and then Dr. Snyder did the full exam - thorough, professional and answered every silly question I asked. Highly recommend this Opticians office.

Every person I was in contact with was wonderful! I need my eyes for my work. Everyone I encountered was compassionate, empathetic and encouraging. I felt completely at ease throughout my testing. Thank-you all for making a potentially stressful appointment easy!!

Truly love going to Davison Road Optical and Dr Snyder. Everyone is very friendly and efficient at the jobs. To me, the only downside is the cost of everything and having to pay their "full" price up front even though they know it is going to be reduced by the insurance companies. I wish they would be like other doctors that take a portion of what the bill will be that day (one of my doctors charges me $75 and when it goes through insurance it bills the rest at the insurance price. Instead of having to wait for a refund on the overage. I would also like to know up front what the costs are going to be. I knew I needed a vision field and the appointment cost today but they didn't ask if I wanted these other tests and just did them. The one is a new test and way of doing it. I might have said no if I had know my bill total would be $450 when I was prepared for $250. But like I said I know I am in good hands there just feel the business end of it could be handled differently for repeat customers.

Not gunna lie: Only went here because Visionworks doesn't take my husband's insurance and WOW am I switching to Davison Road Optical. From the moment I walked in everyone was super friendly. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly. The person who helped me shop for glasses spent so much time with me making sure I went home with my perfect pair, without being pushy. I didn't hate my old place, but coming here was a night and day experience in my opinion. Definitely recommend.

I had a very comprehensive exam and Dr. Snyder explained the results of my tests in a way in which I could understand . The staff was both friendly and helpful. The optician spent a great deal of time helping me choose glasses. During my visit I never felt rushed or hurried. It was a great experience.

My 7 year old daughter looks forward to her visits with Dr. Snyder at Davison Rd. Optical. She is seen quickly and the staff are very knowledgeable of their practice, clear with directions and patient with my very busy little girl. Dr. Snyder performs exams and explains everything to my daughter before it happens. Then he explains the results to me. He has made affordable plans for patients without insurance. My daughter especially loves to get a little visit from Mrs. Snyder and Ostie! Only smiles and laughs come from my little girl when she's at Davison Rd. Optical! I know you will be happy with them just as much!
