New Patient Experience: Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I noticed the staff enjoyed interacting with each other, too. It was nice to see the smiles. The office was clean and bright. I went into council opticians to order new glasses because my dog chewed up mine. . Thought I would need to get a whole new pair, which would cost me $$. John took a look at them and said hold on for a minute and left. He came back in about 5-6 minutes and put the glasses on me. They were like new. He was able to replace the temple tips and screw. I thought they were beyond repair.
