I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the facility at Lockport's location of Insight eye care. I am always greeted with a smile starting from the person behind the reception desk and finishing with my optometrist (Dr. Genovese). What I consider the most important is the time that the staff spends with me. I am not rushed through my appointment. They ask me questions about my health and vision wanting to know if any changes have occurred. I highly recommend Lockport's location of Insight eye care.

I was a regular client of the Sheridan office. The frames needed adjusting and as I regularly cut through Market St. I thought I could get my glasses adjusted. I stopped in was greeted and asked if I had an appointment... I said no. There was a client getting his glasses fitted. The person delivering said he was too busy and I should make an appointment....I did...as I was coming through again ....i made the appointment...then waited 15 minutes to be served.....the adjustment was completed in 2 minutes.... The adjustment was incorrect...I then stopped in at the Vision Works on Transit and in a minute...the nose piece was corrected. No appointment...no attitude...no charge... How disappointing....if you don't take care of YOUR customer...someone else will.
