East Avenue Vision Center

I am a new customer at East Ave vision center as of Jan 7,2026. Literally no research on this place, just found it on the internet, and decided to go. Left another practice I used for 40 + years. So far I have been treated wonderfully. The ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. Always willing to help and answer any questions you have. Kristal,who did some of my eye testing and eye pictures was funny, friendly and very easy going. Made the whole experience very laid back and stress free. My Doctor was Dr. Marissa Seider, she was very very professional, extremely friendly and engaging with information about my eyes and even showed me the pictures and explained parts of my eyes,and the test results. I'm 55 ,never has my other eye doctor been so informative and engaging as Dr.Seider was. I did not meet Dr.Shaw, the owner. But if her employees are as engaging and friendly as they were, Dr.Shaw I'm sure is the same. I highly recommend East Ave vision center ! They do not disappoint what so ever, and dont hesitate to book with Dr.Seider, you'll be in good hands at East Ave vision. Oh, and my 83 year old mother goes there now after being at her old place 60+ years. She loves East ave now..we are very happy.! Thank you!!

I've been a patient at East Avenue Vision for years and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. The exam is thorough and Dr. Shaw explains everything so I understood what she saw during exam . Definitely a recommend.

I've been going here for many years but am leaving this review now because they deserve it. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience at this office or with Dr. Shaw. I always enjoy my visits and feel like the level of care and attention is phenomenal. If you are looking for an eye Dr. in the 716 you can stop looking now.

I have been going here since Dr. Shaw took over. Her and the entire staff do an outstanding job. Always very professional friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. They have a beautiful office and a great location. Highly recommend.

We switched to East Ave Vision Center from a large practice because we never saw the same doctor from year to year. We loved Dr. Seider and followed her to this location. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Convenient off street parking as well. We would definitely recommend a visit to East Ave Vision Center!

My husband and I both had appointments. We were taken on time. The staff was pleasant and explained everything clearly. The doctor was efficient and listened to our input. Very happy with our experience.

East Avenue Vision always calls to remind me of an up coming appointment. They get me in on-time to see Dr. Shaw and are very willing to explain what the test is for and discuss any vision concerns. They take their time on fitting the new glasses and discussing the options and cost for the new glasses

I saw Dr. Seidel today for my annual exam. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. I also ordered new glasses today from a very wide variety of frame choices. It was a pleasure doing business with East Avenue Vision Center as all of the staff members are very friendly.
