My son's lenses popped out and he is blind without them. We went there without an appointment thinking we would have to wait awhile or pay. Neither happened. Staff were very helpful popped lenses back in cleaned them and fit them again for him. We bought them a voucher for a pizza they were very accommodating.

My son and I have been going here for years. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Much better than other places we've went to in the past.

Truth is I'm a slacker and I waited way too long to get my eyes checked. That said, all of the staff here was absolutely wonderful. I did NOT pass pass the 20/20 vision test, therefore I need glasses! Should you too need glasses as well, please stop by and tell them Kimmy Sue sent you! Because this place is Definitely Kimmy-Sue Tested and Approved

I was here with my fiance while he had his glasses fitted. The old man who was doing it was the most off putting person. Rude, short comments, did not seem to care for what he was doing. If he wasn't actually trying to be rude I would be surprised. I wasn't the one getting glasses fitted and I was uncomfortable. I'm getting ready to have an appointment for new glasses and I really wish we would have had a better experience so I could go here, my fiance was very happy with the optometrist that did the testing, he said the guy was a wizard with his equipment. But the old man with a little bit of grey hair left on his head was so rude, and genuinely seemed like he hated his job ruined the experience. When he gets fired let us know so we can go back. Until then our money goes to whatever corporate we end up at. Sad, we like to shop local but not if the store has bad service like that.

They were professional and great with everything needed. There was an error on my order from the lense maker, and not only did they call to tell me they were taking care of it before I come back to get the glasses, but gave me the lenses for free with the new set, because they just didn't have polished edges. So if I ever damaged a lense, I had a perfectly good spare.
