I was in/out within hour 15 mins. I took 15 mins to pick out my new frames etc. Otherwise easy hour. Everyone was so nice and answered all questions. Opticians were great, Dr. Cohen very nice. I'll be back. Plus if you use your insurance and want a back up pair it's 50% off. You can come back another day. No sales pressure at all.

Very friendly associates. Optician spends time fitting glasses and making sure everything is correct. Easy to make an online appt, but they go quickly! Always a steady flow of people and can get quite busy. The testing is quick and the eyeball scan is amazing and worth the extra money (if applicable).

I arrived and was immediately greeted and taken care of. My glasses needed a screw. The girl who helped me, her name was Amanda was one of the kindest people I have ever dealt with. She fixed my glasses with such ease. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again Amanda!!!!

Very good experience. Made sure my needs were met. They also remembered me from the last time I came. They were very caring and patient with me. The only problem was that it was a very long wait just because they had only 1 doctor on hand. I was there for an 1.5 hours. otherwise, pretty good. Would recommend.

This is by far the worst place to do business. The front desk staff are rude, short-tempered, and unprofessional. One woman was coughing without covering her mouth and became defensive when politely asked to do so. The manager spoke to me in a condescending, passive-aggressive manner while explaining an issue with my glasses. To make matters worse, they wrote my prescription incorrectly, forcing me to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket to fix their mistake. This establishment feels like nothing more than a money grab, overcharging for lenses and frames while providing terrible service.

I want to start off by saying I been coming here for yrs & Never had an issue... I would give a 5 star but Dr.Jeffrey Cohen is extremely passive aggressive & has absolutely No patience at ALL he doesn't spend enough time with the patient he just wants to do the basicsand get u in and out and doesn't even listento the patient.... and let's get back to me coming here for yrs and I always take my artistic daughter here and she doesn't read or write so I asked like I always had in the pass to please use pictures and colors for her HE BLUNTLY SAID NO HE DOESN'T DO THAT AND THEIR NOT EQUIPPED AT THE OFFICE THERE TO ACCOMMODATE MY ARTISTIC CHILD.. I said we always come here, and they always perform that for her without an issue, so then he goes to tell me, I need to seek out a pediatric optomologist for her.... I kindly walked away with hurt & pain for my child who doesn't have the ability to speak up for herself.And to have a regular eye exam performed on her... (the harsh people that artistic people face every day not to mention the everyday challenges... ) then to be denied care because of one's ability is absolutely insane... I didn't get upset or make a big deal I simply hugged me young daughter & walked to the front and spoke to a young men who was extremely nice and told him what was going on and asked if he could see if the other Dr that happened to be there today would see my daughter. He then spoke with the doctor the doctor had no problem with saying.Yes, she came out, she even spoke to me addressed some concerns.We spoke, and we proceeded with my daughter's eye exam.. The Dr name was Dr Amy Thoren she was extremely patient and kind and was able to give my daughter the examination with the pictures.And colors that I asked doctor cohen to do.. I will also be reaching out to A.D.A to make a formal complaint on how my disabled child was denied care because of a disability.....but I can not thank DR THOREN ENOUGH FROM MY HEART HOW I APPRECIATED HER TODAY AGAIN.THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH DR FOR YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE WITH MY DAUGHTER TODAY..If you want someone who is patient and caring, and that is actually concerned with your health.Make sure you make an appointment with DR THOREN... THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE A 5 BUT DR COHEN BRINGS THE VALUE OF THIS FACILITY DOWN.....

The girls were so sweet very nice,I was in and out with no problems that's why I like going there and I've been with works for a long time. I will never go anywhere else. Everybody's always pleasant nice lovely Helpful

Bought pair of transitions after two weeks no word on status. I was told 10 days. Stopped by store and After waiting 15 minutes they found them. Reading lens seemed off. Took off glasses and lens fell on the floor. They wanted to replace a screw. I told them I wanted a new pair and the reading script checked
