I had a wonderful experience in this place! Everybody in the store was great. The doctor who did my eye exam was very professional and patient. And Laura, the store manager was just amazing! I had to travel in a few days and she ensured that I got my trial lenses and the glasses I ordered in time. She even went to the lab to get my glasses. It is truly a pleasure to know people like this. I very strongly recommend this place!!

I have been going to Raymond Opticians for a few years now and am so happy to have found them. The service is amazing. I am always greeted with a smile . Laura and Chrissy are the best . They are always professional, attentive, and are the best at recommending glasses that are stylish. They give their honest opinions, which is so important to me. Dr. Newman is great . She gives a thorough exam and listens to concerns. I highly recommend!

I've had wonderful experiences at Raymond Opticians. Laura and Chrissy have always been very helpful to me as I try different frames. Chrissy took the time with my 10yr old son as well when he was looking into sunglasses. He walked away feeling super cool and special. Kindness goes a long way and I certainly appreciated the time they spent making us both happy.

Was treated warmly yet very professionally by all staff members. The doctor took the time to explain to me my vision prescription needs and how to get the most out of my glasses. The optician took me through several frame options on display and also checked availability online, before I made my decision. I would highly recommend this business for all your vision care needs.

Ive been to Raymond Optical twice in two years. I am amazed at the excellent service i received. Laura took care of all of my needs. She is efficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend

I had them put prescription lenses in a pair of sunglasses that PREVIOUSLY HAD. The lenses are fine. But when they came in the legs were so far bent out the glasses fell off my face and the tech tried to tell me that's how the company makes them. Let me remind you I owned these frames BEFORE the lenses were put in and the definitely did not fit like that. Then I was told that the lenses put presses on the legs and that is what bent out the legs. Then SHE proceeded to hand me a pair of the same brand sunglasses and said look that's how they come. When I looked it was completely different and then was given the excuse that "oh that's a different model" then why did YOU hand them to me. I could deal with them having bent out the legs but I can't deal with being lied to multiple times, to my face about a pair of glasses that I owned before. Finally, She wasn't going to give me the original lenses back until I asked for them.

I've been using Raymond Opticians for a few years now. I've always felt welcomed by Laura, Chrissy, and the Dr...Customer service is important to me and with these 3 professionals I will be happy to continue using Raymond Opticians!
