Spent about 700 dollars in this place getting an exam and a year worth of contacts. Gave me a 220 dollar rebate to file for the contacts. Was the most complicated rebate i've ever had to submit. It took Alcon ,the contact company, three weeks to review the rebate before declining it. Came back here to ask for help from the staff at the office. Was told I was on my own and sent me right back out the door. Called the contact company to try to resolve it myself and was told that I was now two days past the 60 day deadline to submit the rebate (even though I submitted the rebate immediately after receiving my contacts in the mail) and was SOL. Will not be doing any business with this office or the Alcon products they stand by and promote. Customer no service
