The office was very accommodating to add my kids for same day appointments since I typically work during the week and would have needed to request a day off to take them. I happened to be off and I was so glad they got them scheduled for yesterday. The staff was all very very friendly and sweet. From the front desk associate to the pre exam tech to the chair with the Dr, they were all very nice! I am so happy I made the choice to call them.

Eye exams have come a long way since the last time I came in! Quick and easy imaging with streamline computer to phoropter (had to look up what that thing is called lol) cut the time hunting down a prescription in half! No longer cycling through 1 or 2? 2 or 3? For 20 minutes with dilated eyes! Their staff was friendly. I was in and out within 45 minutes!

Check In/Out staff for the exam were on it. Monica was very professional, patient, considerate and helpful and gave me justifiable opinions on my frame selection. My only issue was finding the place. As much as they contacted me through phone and text for the appointment they could have told me the best entrance to go to in order to get to them. This was my 1st time going. I'm glad I went early but that was the only hiccup but Major.
