I went here on Friday March 6 and they were all SOOO nice!! I only waited for about 7 minutes before getting called back and i forgot the sweet lady's name but she was sooo great!! She reminded me of Dana from the Pitt because of how she looks but seriously i could not compliment her enough!! The doctor who did my main eye exam was also very friendly, They both explained everything in the best way possible and did not push off any of my questions, and my glasses plus blue light, anti reflective coating, and the protection plan was ONLY $464!! Seriously sososososo amazing

The atmosphere was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted! They were a like busy so Ciara actually checked me in! She was amazing! She did my exam and explained everything thoroughly! Suzzane was AMAZING! I had my daughter with me and she made sure that she was comfortable! She even gave her a ball to play with while I picked out glasses! She was patient and made sure everything was perfect! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Dr. John Moonan is an outstanding doctor. He is polite, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, and he took excellent care of me during my visit. He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my health. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and compassion he provides. I highly recommend Dr. Moonan to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

Had an appointment today for 8:30. I arrived 15 mins early and completed all their paperwork. I was the only customer in the waiting room. Shortly after 8:30 another individual arrived (also for 8:30 appointment) and was seen immediately. At 8:40 I confirmed my appointment was indeed for 8:30, and they confirmed and checked to see what the status was, I was told they were finishing up with a previous patient and would see me shortly. A few minutes later, a gentleman arrives for his 9:00 appointment, and is immediately seen. I informed the desk that I couldn't wait any longer a was leaving, the said "no problem"... didn't offer an apology and could not care in the least... Stay away from this location.

Amber and Suzanne were so delightful. They're service was impectable. They fixed one of my issues with no problem and my purchase at myeyeDr. Went smoothly.

The woman at the front desk today, wearing a brown shirt and dreadlocks, was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with an attitude. If she is unhappy in her role, it certainly showed, and it negatively impacted my experience. I came in to have a prescription placed into glasses I had already received from this location. I was told beforehand that no appointment was needed. When I arrived at 3:30 p.m., they were busy, so I asked what time they closed. She replied "5" with an attitude. I left and returned at 4:30 p.m., only to be told they take their last patient at 4:00. When I asked why this wasn't mentioned earlier, she responded that I only asked what time they closed. While that may be technically true, common courtesy and basic customer service would suggest informing a customer of the last service time, especially when they are clearly seeking care. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. As the first point of contact, front desk staff set the tone for the entire business. This location should do better.

Ciara & Suzanne were absolutely amazing! Ciara made my exam super easy I was so nervous going in but she made me comfortable! Suzanne made sure any questions or concerns I had were answered complete with no extra explanations needed! You girls are the best!!

Showed up for my appointment today and was told they are running over an hour behind. No one bothered to call and take any action on the benefit of their customers. 1st available appointment was 10 days away. I have been going to MyEyeDr for over 10 years and the past couple of years the service has become horrible and the virtual doctors don't seem to care much about their patients. Another formerly good business destroyed. Time to fine a new eye doctor.
