Rushed appointment, they should seriously take "Care" out of their name. I have slight double vision in one eye and the doctor reacted like me still noticing slight double vision in one of my eyes was a bother. He abruptly got up as if he was irritated, sat in front of me, looked in my eyes, then casually told me "oh yeah you have the beginnings of a cataract and that's what is causing it" and I reply "so do I need to do anything" and he said no not yet. Horrible bedside manner. After my visit I went on ChatGPT and realize follow-ups should have been scheduled and there are a plethora of tips on prevention. I'm going to pay full price for another exam elsewhere because I don't trust a thing he said. Since I have to give one star I'll leave that for the front desk staff they were nice.

I wasn't expecting that, and it never happened to me before!!! I had a visit on Saturday and then ever since Monday. I have a strange rush, almost like herpes around my eyes which that lead me to be certain that they don't use any sanitary measures in that clinic. The doctor is so quick and so fast, turning people in and out with one person assisting. I bet no one sanitize this place !! Be careful !! Do not expose your eyes to somebody else's condition before reassuring hey completely sanitize the equipment!!! I will file a complaint, and I will pursue that further my eyes are not in a good condition right now !!!

The past few times I have been to this location have been very disappointing. The staff are like zombies, they barely say a word to you and just look at you like, what do you want? The doctor is very rushed and doesn't show any interest in his patients at all. When you ask him questions he is very dismissive and flippant with his answers and is not helpful at all. We will not be returning.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing eye care experiences I've had. The wait time was extremely long. I waited for about an hour before being seen. When the nurse finally brought me in for pre-tests, she gave minimal communication. She provided directions but didn't explain what the tests were for or what to expect. During one test, a machine sprayed air (or something else?) directly into my eye, which caught me completely off guard. I flinched, and the nurse simply told me to stay still, without clarifying what was happening or why. When I asked if this was normal, she just said yes and moved on without further explanation. After the tests, the doctor entered and seemed rushed and distracted. He asked why I came in, glanced at my results, and said everything looked fine -- except that my glasses were now outdated. He told me my prescription had changed from -0.75 to -1.25 in just a year, which really shocked me, as my vision had been stable for over a decade. When I asked why my vision had declined so much, his response was dismissive: "Maybe it's just because of computer work -- don't worry about it." I tried to express concern again, but he repeated that it was normal and didn't offer any real insight. He handed me a prescription and asked if I had any questions. I did -- a lot, actually -- but it was clear he was in a hurry and uninterested in taking time to discuss anything. I left feeling rushed, confused, and very dissatisfied. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this office based on my experience.

I was traveling out of state and lost a contact. I called the office, and the technician was extremely helpful by emailing my prescription to me. I was able to take it to a local LensCrafters in the state I was visiting and get a replacement set of lenses.

I had a very disappointing experience at Accuvision in Carolina Place Mall. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful from the start. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. When I asked questions or requested help, they were dismissive and unwilling to assist. Definitely not the level of client service I expected--won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this location to others.

The customer provided over the text message service is absolutely garbage. I was since three reminder texts, two of which I already already confirmed for my 7pm appointment booked online. I responded to the third that stating that I had already confirmed and received a response back in all caps (and some misspelling/Bad grammar saying that they knew I had already confirmed and aggressively added that I should come in sooner or at least 15 minutes early because I was the last appointment. I booked online so when a 7pm visit is listed as available and that was what fit my work schedule best, I took it. If the 7pm appointment is an issue I'm not sure why it is listed as an option. "Hello, this is Accuvision Eye Care next to Lenscrafters in the Carolina Place Mall in Pineville. Reminding you of your appointment this afternoon. Please reply "Y" to confirm this appointment. Also, we have had cancelations of earlier appointment times. If you can come in earlier, you are welcome at any time before your scheduled appointment. Thank you! We look forward to seeing you this afternoon." Me- "I've already confirmed" " YES YOU ARE CONFIRMED, WE DO HANVE A FEW CANCELATIONS OF EARLIER APPOINTMENTS, YOU CAN COME ABOUT AN HOUR EARLY, BUT IF YOU CHOSE TO KEEP THE ALLOTED TIME WE ASK YOU TO SHOW UP ATLEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY AS YOU ARE OUR VERY LAST APPOITNMENT."
