Dr. Lee Wiley is an excellent eye surgeon. I have no major issues about my eye surgery or the vision change to have new glasses. I felt very happy to see him after more than one and half year. He is very knowledgeable doctor.

Very personable as well as professional. Dr Wiley made sure all of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. I felt like he was advising a family member and really appreciated that!

Dr Wiley has a great bedside compassion. From day 1 that I met him ... he completely cared for every fear I was dealing with. He is an expert in the field of cornea care and the diseases of the cornea. He went through all the procedures with expertise ! He gave his recommendation and went through every detail . I felt at peace with his taking care of me. I was blessed to have Dr Doty to send me to him and get such great care before, during , and after the exam. The team that works with him is so organized and led me through it flawlessly. I came back to see him when I had more questions and repeat performance of such great care . He was so reassuring and made me be completely ready to get my eyes better. I don't think I could have found a better Dr.I still am facing some surgery, but no concerns with this gifted surgeon , Dr Wiley and his great team of people. Dr Wiley listened to my concerns. Explained in detail for me. Made me feel 100%comfortable in proceeding with removing my cataracts. Very compassionate doctor who seems to care about his patients!!

First, let me say that the customer service was impeccable! From the meet-and-greet with the customer service rep who collects ducks, to Dr. Wiley's assistant who conducted my first eye exam, everything was excellent. This was my first visit with Dr. Wiley, and he is awesome. I loved his humor, and his chairside manner was great as well. I will definitely recommend him to others!

I was adjusting to new progressives and wondering if they were correct, and I made a last-minute appt here. Over the phone they indicated that I would have to pay out of pocket because insurance only covered one exam; they quoted a price that was less than $100. I said fine. After the exam, I tried to pay, but they said no. I received a bill for $285, which is not the negotiated cost with insurance, but what they tried to bill insurance. I made a note to call them to inquire further. I am an extremely busy person with too much going on and not enough support, and figured I had plenty of time to get to it. In fact, they sent it to collections exactly 90 days after. I called them to complain; they said I could pay the full amount to remove it from collections; they would not adjust the price based on what was quoted to me on the phone. Despite looking at my Flores balance during the call, that card was declined by the practice. I paid with a different card out of pocket. Just an EXTREMELY time consuming and disappointing billing experience with this practice. I will be seeking another.

I have had a great experience with Dr Wiley. He listens to your concerns and needs and communicates quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend him he is experienced in laser surgery as well as cataract surgery he is very knowledgeable and professional.
