PSA.. did you know Sam's occasionally has Prada & Miu Miu eyewear for a fraction of the retail cost?? 10/10 experience working with Nick at the optical center. He was patient while I looked at their inventory, answered all of my questions, and complemented my choice. He thoroughly explained the warranty and the pick up process also. I will definitely purchase here again! Loving my new Prada sunglasses!

Do not buy glasses from here. Period.
I have been buying glasses for last 28 years in Charlotte, but this was the MOST EXPENSIVE place to buy a simple progressive lens with transition, $503 to be exact, the frame was hardly $160. With my insurance, it costed me $380+!
I made the mistake by checking how much my insurance pays and it got locked as a claim and I can't go elsewhere.
My friend just got his glasses with very similar configuration from a competitor warehouse store for under $150.
Don't waste your money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! I have never experienced frustration before like I have with Sam's Optical in Pineville. I'm still waiting after 2 months for contact samples and was very disappointed in my actual appointment time with the doctor. She wasn't patient, I felt like I was rushed and she wouldn't listen. I have tried to get back into see her several times and then she was out of the office for a couple of weeks over Christmas. Called today to ask for a refund and all of a sudden she can see me. WOW!
From now on I will make sure I go to a real Optometrist Office to get my eyes checked. So sad that some professionals won't make things right with a customer when they aren't satisfied. This isn't a good reflection on Sam's Club at all.

The MD was very informative. I had to ask him to clean his equipment because it had blood on it. He did stop and clean all his equipment with alcohol. Though I think he should have cleaned and disinfected with something else. The manager that oversees the area where you order glasses, her attitude was the worse. She acted as if I was bothering her because I wanted to place an order for contacts. Sitting down with her to process my order she was talking down to me and extremely rude. I can't believe she works where customer service is important.

The lady there has an ugly attitude when she talking to you she claims she the manager there. They don't open on Sundays anymore and they need to update the information online cause it's say they are open til 6pm today!!! And the doctor is there just 3 days a week like seriously . I been a patience for a few years but now I'm looking else where cause this people that answer the call are always rude and I just don't need to waste money where there poor service.
