My eye exam was fine, but my experience with ordering my glasses was a nightmare! The "boy" that first started helping me was straight up rude! I ordered my glasses in January and when they came in both lenses were flawed and they wanted me to wear them until my new ones came in, could not wear them! I Waited ten business days and on the eleventh day I called and the "boy" told me that my lenses were in and that they had sent me text and called but didn't get a response (no missed calls or text on my phone). The new lenses were not right so they said they would need to order new ones again. The older lady helped me and she was really nice and said she would put a rush on my new lenses. While we were waiting a Hispanic family came in to pick up their sons glasses and they were the wrong glasses, the "boy" told them there was nothing he could do, because that's what was on the order form, the little boy started crying and the family left. The glasses they gave him looked like something an old person would wear, not a child. I waited seven days and got a call that my new lenses were in so we went to pick them up. Surprise there wrong again! They tell me that I'm going to have to have my eyes examined again because somethings not right, or buy two pair of glasses. My exam was exactly the same, so the doctor came with me and told them to order me the highest quality lenses( what I asked for on the first day) and the "boy" said they were all the same. It's now the first of March and I still don't have glasses I can wear. I wait fifteen days for my new lenses and still no call so we go there and the "boy" tells me that he had tried to call and had sent a text but no one responded(nothing on my phone). This time the manager ( who had been on maternity leave) came out and apologized for what I had been through and asked me if i would try them for a few days and if they worked would give me a free pair and if they didn't she would give me my money back. Finally I got good customer service unfortunately the lenses were still wrong and I got my money back on April 12th. Jessica was great and I really think if she would have been there in the beginning this experience would have been much better. The "boy" Jordan should find a job where he doesn't have to deal with the public !!

Recently I went to Dr. Loflin for the first time.I have some unusual issues with my eyes, including an artificial right eye from childhood cancer. He put me at ease and was very thorough with my exam. His staff are friendly and professional. After the exam, he has gone over and above my expectations in helping me find a board certified ocularist and deal with my insurance company to get a new prosthetic eye. My previous doctor did nothing to help me in this area. I am so very happy to be his patient.

Never going back there After reading the reviews here I thought it was the best place to go but I was wrong.after my everything I wanted contact lenses to go with my glasses.i wanted colored contacts.upon receiving them they were clear.I just opened 1 and realized it was clear.i went back to the office with the contacts.i had a one year supply.they didn't want to work with me.they refused to take the one I had opened and forced to me to take what I had not ordered.they told me they can order for me 6 months colored and I keep the contacts I had opened because there is nothing they can do.what happened to customer service?first of all my records showed I ordered colored contact lenses.they and charged me the difference between clear and colored contact lenses.the girls there kept tossing me from one person to another.when it came for me to pay with my credit one.the one attending me said she doesn't know how to do it online she asked another one who refused to help.by that time I knew I will never go back there.poor customer service from the management all the way down.go there at your own risk.they all look confused not knowing what they are doing.
