Best customer service staff ever I've had many problems at other locations. DJ, Deborah and Drr. MCSweeney outstanding went above and Beyond to make sure I was happy with my needs I will never go anywhere else for my eye glasses.

Dj and Debbie are very friendly and helpful, I had been to another store and had multiple issues including the wrong prescription, told the glasses were in just to find it was going to be another week. This location has been a fantastic experience in comparison!!!

This was my first visit at this location and it was a great experience. From the time I came in for my appointment, to when I picked up my glasses - everyone was so kind and very helpful! They all had a sense of humor, which is always a plus in my books. The gentlemen (forgive me for not remembering his name) who conducted my initial exam, he was hilarious. He was a joy to work with. The manager, (I also did not catch his name), he was nice. He was willing to work with me on my pair of glasses I could not wear and fit them into my order somehow. I did not end up going down that route, but, he was still patient with me to explain everything and offering different options that'll best suit my needs. Dixie, she was such a doll! She was so friendly and answered all of the questions I've had lingering in the back of my head, and it was because of her that I left comfortable with my purchase. I could not have said this for the Polaris location. Mrs. McSweeney was wonderful! She was patient with me throughout my exam, and explained everything in detail, but she explained it in a way in which one would understand clearly, which I appreciate. D.J, I called in the day of my pick up and he was also very polite and patient as well. Most places would try to get off the phone as quickly as possible but, he took the initial step of double checking to make sure my order did arrive and ready for pickup. Moral of the story here - this staff is incredible. If I didn't already have 2 jobs, I would probably apply for a position because they acted as a team and made sure each customer was satisfied before leaving their doors. Their level of customer service was absolutely exceptional! Thank you guys for listening to all my concerns and pinpointing each one of them. If you have not visited their location and you need a great optometrist, I highly recommend you stop in! I absolutely love my glasses! Thank you guys so much!!!

Concussion clinic told me to go to an eye doctor to get my vision looked at and americas best got me in within a hour of calling. They were all very sweet and accommodating to my needs. Elaine was my eye doctor and she went above and beyond, not only to tell me what was wrong but she even called a retinal doctor for me and had them get me in the same day. Thank you so much for making this easy for me.

From start to finish my experience was fantastic. My check in was smooth, my tech was friendly and funny!! The eye exam was super quick, my Dr was absolutely lovely. I liked the selections of glasses, I was able to get a pair of contacts today, and I felt the prices were very reasonable. I asked for help picking out frames and ended up liking with ones that had been suggested to me, not ones I had picked out. Wow! Thanks to the whole staff, I updated my prescription, glasses, and my contacts make me feel like a million bucks. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long. Well done!!!

Bunny was amazing. She's so patient and kind. Explained everything and my daughter felt comfortable and relaxed. Exceptional customer service.

From booking the appointment, to eye exam, then checking out, I had a LOVELY EXPERIENCE! *Sorry, I dont remember any names* The guy on who scheduled my appointment made me feel like he was excited to have me come in. The guy who took the pictures of my eyes made silly jokes that made my day. The Dr. was very kind and answered all my questions. It was very clean and the price is the best you can find! 10/10 highly recommend!
