Dublin Family Vision Center

Great experience. I wanted glasses because my near vision is ok but sometimes blurry. Dr. Heather Priestland was very knowledgeable and had good advice on if/when to get cataract surgery. Whole staff was capable and friendly. Highly recommend. I didn't have to wait at all and they were extremely efficient in my appointment. Worst thing was the practice's name- Dublin Family Vision Center wasn't very prominent above the door. When you turn into the driveway, their bulding is the one closest to Frantz Rd.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Priestland and her wonderful team. I have always felt both welcomed and valued as a patient. Dr. Priestland is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She takes the time to thoroughly assess my vision needs and provide me with personalized care. I have never felt like I am hurried during my visits. The staff in this office are also exceptional. Not only are they professional and efficient, but they also go above and beyond to ensure that I receive top-notch care. Whether it's scheduling appointments, assisting with frame selection, or answering questions about insurance, they handle everything with grace and expertise (and in a very timely manner!) What truly sets this practice apart is their genuine commitment to patient satisfaction. They take the time to listen to concerns, explain procedures in detail, and make sure each visit is a positive experience. The staff and Dr. Hammond always go above and beyond for their patients. My son had a lot of problems trying to wear contacts and they were always so generous with the time they spent with him. Dr. Hammond is very personable and professional. Highly recommend!

Went for eye exam on July 1st. Had been going to Dr. Clark for years. Great staff when Dr. Clark was there. Always, very professional. The new staff under her daughter Dr. Preistland. Not so much. Did not like my experience there. In fact why I'm writing this review is I had ordered glasses and have not heard anything. In fact, I called today. The person answering the phone sounded like she had a wad of gum in her mouth. Only to find out my glasses came in 5 days ago. NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME. After I pick these up. I will not be going back. They lost my business.

They had my husband get prescription reading glasses from them when he didn't really need them. Any 15.00 pair you can pick up at the store would have been sufficient as his eyes were only minimally affected. It was his first time ever doing to an eye doctor. We felt ripped off. What a waste of 200.00 and his time.

I love the team at this practice, they are always very helpful no matter my situation. Thanks especially to the folks working on the afternoon of 12/6/24. Happy Holidays!

My husband and I did our vision exam for contact lenses recently. The doctor was just ok, but not great according to our personal experience. We finally got the prescriptions we needed. To be fair, so far I'm happy with the choice of my new contact lenses, but my husband wasn't comfortable with the newly prescribed lenses at first so he had to go back to his previous prescription. Also we were charged ridiculously high prices for just 5 pairs of trial contact lenses! I'm afraid we won't be visiting this center again, not exactly because of what I mentioned above, but only because of the very bad attitude of the woman at the front desk every single time of our visit or phone call. I don't understand how a business would choose somebody like that to take care of its customer relations!

The optometrists are very caring and knowledgeable! Wasn't sure how easy it would be to get glasses during the pandemic, but the staff was well prepared and the opticians were a huge help! Especially when compared to other offices I've been to, I'm always excited to come here.
