I've always received great service at the different Lens Crafters stores in the area, so I'm already a big fan. However, the service & support was beyond excellent at the Frantz Rd store. Robert was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable about frames and different types of lenses. He was a joy to work with as well: great sense of humor, easy going, and very kind. I made several trips to the store as I had a lot of questions and each time Robert greeted me with a smile and patiently answered my questions. He made it a really fun experience!

I was in need of a new pair of glasses after my grandson broke mine. I have gotten glasses from LensCrafters in the past so I went back to get my new pair. I worked with Jameson. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions very thoroughly. LensCrafters has a wide assortment of glasses in a wide price range. I was able to find a pair I liked in the price range I was comfortable with. Fortunately, I also was able to get my glasses the same day! All in all a very positive experience.
