I went to the LensCrafters inside Macy's at Tuttle Crossing a couple months ago, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! Both the doctor and Robin (the salesperson) were absolutely incredible -- so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. Robin took the time to help me pick out frames that fit perfectly and made sure I got the best possible deal. The doctor was just as amazing -- super thorough and made the whole eye exam feel easy and comfortable.
It's rare to find such great service these days, but they really went above and beyond. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next pair of glasses!

Five stars for Robin! She provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. She helped me secure a pair of highly sought-after Meta AI Wayfarer frames for my brother's prescription which I wanted to gift him.
Despite being out of stock at Macy's Tuttle, Robin took the initiative to track down the last available pair at the Easton location after two days of dedicated follow-up. Because of her, I have the perfect holiday gift! Thank you, Robin!

I spent $500 on a pair of the worst glasses I've ever owned. I told them I needed blue lenses, but they arbitrarily gave me brown ones. The glasses were unusable when I got them; the lenses were blurry. I just put them aside and continued using my old glasses. When I finally had time to ask them about a solution, they said the warranty had expired and I could only throw the glasses away. This is the worst optician's shop ever! I will never go there again, and I won't recommend it to any of my friends.

Firstly I had ordered Transition lenses. When I picked them up, they had failed to order the proper lenses. Secondly, after 7 weeks I had to have the frame reattached. Thirdly, the lens was scratched and I had hardly wore the glasses due to surgery and ill health.
I requested the lens to be repaired and was told I would have to pay. This is not acceptable! In the past my glasses have never had issues in the first 8 weeks.
Do not visit LensCrafters at Macys Tuttle Mall. I was treated rudely and with disdain
