At first I was a little annoyed at the amount of time I was in the waiting room. Then I found out why. When I got into see the assistant and then the doctor I was questioned in detail, tested completely and allowed to ask my own questions and add comments. This told me that patients are not rushed through but carefully handled so that there is little or no room for error. I left appreciating the way patients are treated.

I am very happy both with Dr. Hoepf and Dr.Derick and their associates! Everything was carried out efficiently and with respect for my care. Thank you!

I'm always treated very well and respectfully. On my last visit, Shelby checked me in and was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Afterwards, an OD resident gave me a preliminary exam. She had taken care of me on my last appointment as well. She was fantastic and I wish her well when she moves on to the east coast. Dr Hoepf herself is always very pleasant and friendly and doesn't rush in and out...I always have a really nice experience with her. I was concerned when I originally changed from Dr Derrick to her, but it has been seemless and Dr Hoepf has been an excellent provider. Finally, the scheduler at the end was very friendly and made it easy to set up my next appointment. From my experiences over the last five or so years at this practice, I've been very satisfied with the level of care they provide.

So grateful for this expert set of professionals and eye physicians to provide timely intervention and treatment. Completely trust Columbus Opthalmology!! Dr. Marcia and her team ensured I was seen urgently and provide the intervention and correct specialist care. Thank you !

I am VERY Thankful for Columbus Opthalmology Associates for the amazing care they provide for my eye health. However, my last visit should have been an "in & out" visit, but instead I spent over an hour and a half WAITING on the Dr. NO apology for their delay and my time is just as important as theirs. I schedule my appointments months in advance and I do NOT expect to spend so much of my time WAITING to be seen! I do understand IF they had an emergency case, but, I was NOT made aware of such!

I am so happy of the continued care I get from you. I have had past problems one in particular that I would have gone blind, you saved my sight. The support and care is wonderful. Ty.

Dr. Hoepf and her team were amazing! I was greeted with courtesy and respect by each individual I worked with from entry to exit. I was informed of each procedure and felt every thing was explained to me thoroughly during the appointment as well as the next steps for follow up. A great office atmosphere and would highly recommend!
