A great experience from a Caring professional, I would highly recommend. I visited several providers in Columbus, Ohio to see where I might like to get my LASIK surgery carried out. Whilst my initial experience was a little rushed at OSU's Downtown Clinic on Olentangy road, Dr Castellano came across as very professional and caring. He diligently assessed me himself, ensured that I was a good candidate, he explained the various options I had, and that he was confident I would get good results. He explained the process, which would be carried out at the Dublin Clinic, and what sort of recovery I can expect afterwards, no pre-recorded video or sales pitch for me to watch. Dr Castellano also said he made it a point to ensure all his patients would leave the surgery with his mobile number, so that we can call him directly should we have any issues or concerns whilst we recovered. I had originally planned to go with another provider but the combination of terrible customer service on that clinic's part and the impression that Dr Castellano left on me made me decide to go with him and his team. Julie in his office answered all my questions quickly and promptly, got me booked in and rebooked when I had to make some changes, and finally ensure I had everything ahead of my surgery day. On the day, the Dr Castellano and his team were professional, polite, and kind. Dr Castellano examined me again thoroughly checking my prescription and eye health. The procedure was fast and painless, I was surprised that I was able to still be mobile with the vision I had afterwards. My recovery went well, I saw Dr Castellano the day after and then a week later. My eyesight was at 20/15 (slight better than 20/20) and he was confident that my sight would only get better in the next month or two as I recover. I was very happy with the service Dr Castellano provided me and I would highly recommend having your LASIK surgery done with him and his team.
