Target Optical

We will start off by her telling me she tried calling but my number wasn't in service, which it was, so I can't believe she actually tried calling. My appointment was canceled because she couldn't verify my appointment over the phone and so after checking with the optometrist, which there wasn't a single person in there at the time, they decided that they needed to reschedule my appointment and I needed to wait 40 mins until the next appointment. Furthermore I clicked the option that I didn't have vision insurance, I have health insurance and will be paying with my HSA so I got the overwhelming feeling that they just didn't feel like working, they were both just standing there. While I was waiting I made an appointment across the street at Americas Best and they got me right in, did the exam and I was picking out glasses by the time Target Optical on Sawmill would have finished standing there having personal conversations with each other and rescheduled the appointment time for. Absolutely unacceptable for a business to expect my business/money with employees like that

Carley & Susan were awesome! Went above and beyond on service and explaining what I was looking at in a way I could understand. My glasses were also loose which Carley noticed and offered to fix really quick. Didn't notice til I put them back on at night what a blessing that was! Thank you!

I had pleasure of having Susan help me find the perfect glasses for me. Great job Susan. As I wait for my turn I got to listening to Susan talk to a young man get his 1st pair of glasses. It made my heart feel so good how well she talked to him and made him feel good about putting the new glasses on. He was all smile and that said it all in my book. Thank you for a great experience.

Carley was extremely helpful and informative. She helped me get the best fit on my glasses and made the visit very pleasent.

Dr. Mendoza was great when I expressed my eye concerns and got me the right prescription for what I needed. Carley was fantastic in helping me choose the right pair of glasses and getting me all set up. Definitely recommend target optical!

Susan was amazing at the Dublin location. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and took her time explaining all of the options for the lenses. She by far made this the best experience I have had when picking out glasses.

Rachel was a great optician. Very personable, professional, and helpful. She was a joy to work with. I had a nice experience with all the staff. I felt there were plenty of frame choices and various styles.
