I had a great experience at Eyesite of Dublin with Dr. Mattson. The whole team was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the office was clean and comfortable. Everything ran smoothly and right on time, which I really appreciated.
Dr. Mattson was fantastic--very easy to talk to, thorough, and clearly cares about his patients. She took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I didn't leave with any unanswered questions.
Overall, it was one of the best eye exams I've had. I left feeling confident about my eye health and happy to have found a doctor and office I can trust. Highly recommend!

I'm 66 yrs old. About 3 years ago. After having difficulty with my eye's and the prism lenses from another Dr... That did everything by machines. My daughter took me to The Eyesite of Dublin. Dr Mattson was able to get me better vision by using different tools, not depending on a machine. And pin pointing my problem exactly. It's a family run business with everyone being so caring. Making sure everything was correct. Down to my prescription, to my glasses. I'll never go anywhere else. When u hear Dr Mattson rattle of a bunch of technical numbers to an assistant in another part of the office. You know you're in the right place!!!

They still refuse to offer me compensation!
The glasses they sold to me WITH the new prescription were worthless. I honestly could see better WITH NO glasses than the ones they prescribed.
I came to Eye Site after my trusted optometrist retired. The new prescription they gave me was completely off -- both my new glasses and sunglasses had blurry, unusable progressive lenses. I couldn't see clearly at a distance in either pair.
I returned them the next day and asked for a refund. They refused. Weeks later, they offered me less than half of what I paid. I declined.
This was not just poor service -- it was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

From the first call Michael up front was nothing but helpful and polite which is so rare. Dr Mattson's Tech in the back was so sweet and competent. They checked pressures, visual field and one other which I can't recall the name of but it was everything we used to do at COA. There was a bit of a wait but I don't mind that if I'm given the same detail. Dr. Mattson was knowledgeable and friendly and it was the first time I didn't spend an hour saying, "I'm not sure can you do that again," on the vision/lens test. It is nice knowing I can go in for anything an Ophthalmologist can do aside from surgery. The glasses were expensive but it seems everything is now. Michael helped me choose a frame and not a single person was rude which is worthy of a star in and of itself. Jo Weiss
