In for the 1st time last week. Great staff! Everyone wad so nice. Had a problem with insurance and they took care of it for me. Actually felt like they cared! Will be switching the family over. Very thorough team. Clean facility to boot! Thank you.

I had an appointment today for my exam and new glasses. When I was trying to check in I was told my appointment had been cancelled due to me not confirming it. Which I did!! The receptionist searched her computer more and told me there was no confirmation from me once again. I said well your computer is wrong. I was then told they were full today and could not get me in for several weeks after I had already waited several weeks for this appointment. As I'm leaving through the first set of doors I hear someone tell me to have a nice day!! So very rude and disrespectful of her. I will move on and find someplace that knows how to treat customers. She must have forgotten that my insurance and myself pay her wages. Done with Fishbaugh and I will not recommend them to anyone.

We have a very shy little guy and he's very uncomfortable with new people and change. The staff at Fishbaugh Family Eye Care did absolutely amazing with him. They brought him out of his shell while at the appt and made him feel super comfortable in the glasses he needed. I'd definitely recommend Fishbaugh for the eye care you need. They're excellent and have a great selection of frames too.

The worst experience I've had with an eye doctor. I scheduled an appointment for my son to get contacts and they didn't do a contact exam. Didn't know this till I tried to get him in to get fitted for contacts. Then I tried to get a script for the same brand contacts I've been wearing for decades and I have to go back in to be " finalized" . All because I decided to not try a different brand(kind) . So much wasted time and total bs for what I needed and wanted.

Dr. Fishbaugh missed my mothers brain cancer. She was having issues with her vision and went to see him and he told her she didn't know what she was talking about. Dr. Banky is amazing.

Today was my first time with Fishbaugh Eye Care. I'd always used Shawnee Optical until they dropped me when I lost my private insurance and on VA care now. I'm grateful Fishbaugh is willing to service Veterans, even though they aren't compensated nearly as well as with other insurance carriers.
All the staff today were super friendly, informative, and thorough. I was very pleased with my entire experience! Thank You!

This office has been great with all my kids, even the youngest getting their first checkup! The technicians were great with kids, the 2 doctors we've seen were very nice, efficient, and informative about any questions I had. The whole team worked hard to keep the appointments right on schedule, which I really appreciated! I'd definitely recommend them!
