The Eye Site of Lima

Everyone at The Eye Site of Lima were very kind and professional! My first visit was pleasant and easy. No long waiting, no crowds of people. I came to establish myself as a new patient and to receive a second opinion. I was quite pleased with the results and ease of establishing myself with the office. Thank you to Dr Unterbrink and staff!

Easy to make appointments, get treated like a guest, staff is super friendly. Dr.Unterbrink is a great guy who takes great care of you. Looks out for best interest not money. Highly recommend!

All-in-all it is always a pleasant experience and they make it easy on families to get everyone seen. The only issue we had this time is my child is now in need of glasses. When she went to look around at the offerings in the office the women who dose this was not helpful and was rude. She was pressuring my child on of they had found a pair yet, wouldn't help with with ones that would size well on her. This employee seems to have an attitude. Other than that everyone else in the office was great!

I had my regular eye annual eye appt today and I like to say the staff is friendly courteous and professional everytime I go Mr Utterbrink listens to why your their goes over your exam results and lets you decide based on his opinion what he feels needs addressed and talks it with you and respects your input I had eye issues my whole life and the degree of knowledge he has and his staff is amazing and before I left I had all my issues resolved and they help reach out to outside consultations both Mr utterbrink and his staff made sure I was at ease before leaving today kudos everyone

I was very pleased with the professionalism and manner of not only Dr.Unterbrink but the entire staff that participated in my care! Based on my experience I strongly recommend them for your vision needs~I felt well taken care of!

I am someone who has always been resistant to changing doctors, so when Dr. CaJacob retired I was hesitant about seeing someone else. Boy was I wrong. Dr. Unterbrink has been amazing. I recently woke up with horrible pain in my right eye. It hurt to keep it open, it hurt to keep it closed, it even hurt to blink. I called the Lima office at 8:40 and the only available appointment was for 9:00 in Delphos. Brenda assured me to just head there from Lima and she would let them know I was on the way. Dr. Unterbrink was great and explained that I had severely scratched my cornea. He prescribed eye drops and after the first use my pain went from a horrible 7 down to a 3 and by the second use the pain was completely gone. You only get 1 set of eyes and I'm glad I am trusting mine to The Eye Site of Lima.

My experience today was ABSOLUTELY first class! From the moment I stepped into the office, I was treated with kindness and made to feel at home. I will HIGHLY recommend you! Thank you for allowing me to experience first class!
