SVS Vision Optical Centers

Showed up to an appointment at 4:35 that was scheduled at 4:30(mind you I live an hour away and with 3 small kids) and was told its not within the 5 minute threshold?? Teri had a very rude tone and mannerism within the two sentences we had. Unprofessional staff and wouldn't reccomend this place. There's obvious reasons its easy to get an appointment scheduled here, community rather venture through local businesses that value customer's just a pay check. Please look else where from personal experiences.

Refused to print off my prescription and told me to come back with it printed off. Vibe felt very off and unwelcoming, almost as if enemy territory. Associates didn't even know another associates name.

SVS is terrible now. Over a month and still haven't received my childs glasses, I've called corporate which at least they apologized and the store and they aren't giving answers and not returning my calls. So frustrating.

No STARS should be given. Receptionist rude when I called with question. Wasn't even finished with my phone call. And she just gonna hang up. Svs needs to teach there employees how to talk to customers. And use better phone communication.

Took my 98 year old mom there for an exam they were wonderful with her. Very helpful in transferring her from chair to chair and very patient with her. I highly recommend them.

In the past I always had a positive experience but that has definitely changed. I recently moved from Lima to take care of my parents ( dad has dementia and Alzheimer's mom can't walk, can't hear, and had very little sight left.) When I left I had an appointment for new glasses at which time I made it quite clear that I would be moving. I told the person at the desk. When they called and sent a post card letting me know about reminding me of the due date of an eye exam. So that's at least 3 times I provided my moving information. to SVS. Now can you please tell me SVS WHY? WHY? Do you call a person's cell phone number 0ver 30 times in just minutes So I call SVS Vision asking them not to call me anymore.yep you guessed it they called and called for several minutes. I have left messages to please not call me. Yep they call again and again. PLEASE STOP

This is the first time I have have an eye exam since I don't know when. The staff was vert friendly and efficient. I spent a bit more than I had expected to but it was well worth it. I was pleased with their selection of frames, the knowledge of the staff, and the quickness with which I received my glasses. The gentleman who helped size the frames and who was the one that also made sure the finished product fit well was very helpful in his knowledge of how to get used to bifocals. I am very glad I ended up going there instead of somewhere else.

Had a very nice experience with SVS. The personnel was very friendly and would go back again without any hesitation. But I'm a very simple person and the frames with the green tags that are free to Ford employees is fine for me. Didn't take me but a couple minutes to choose what I wanted. Very satisfied with my visit.
