Dr. Hayes and her team were very thorough and patient. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The whole team made me feel comfortable, explained all of my testing and the results. A great process from start to finish.

Staff and Dr's are friendly an caring. I always enjoy my appointments. The Doctor does a great job of explaining procedures and makes you feel very comfortable.

I really like Dr. Gupta! He's by far the best ophthalmologist I have ever worked with. He's thorough and kind and patient. He always greet you with a smile and a "Hi friend! How are you doing?" He explains everything clearly and is always willing to answer questions. The staff is also kind and caring. The only complaint I have with Spectrum Eye Care in Lima, Ohio (which is why I only gave it four stars.) is how long you have to wait to actually see the doctor. I think they tend to over schedule him. But, that does not seem to impact the care that you received from Dr. Gupta. He does what needs to be done and spends the time necessary with each patient. So it makes the waiting time worth it. Just need to expect it and plan for it.

Highly recommend! Dr Ridge and his staff are amazing! They listen and address all concerns. They always greet me with a smile and ask how I am . They make sure you are comfortable during procedures and that means a lot .

I acquired insurance through my job snd had very few options to go with. I tried three places and all appointments for my insurance were either in July or October, that would not do as I'm in need of glasses ASAP. Called Spectrum and got in within a week of calling. They sent me a text with a link to fill out my forms prior to my appointment, which I liked. Until I went in to hsve my appointment and had to fill them out physically. Seemed a little counterproductive, but ok. Didn't wait too long before I was called back to my exam. One thing they do try to hsve is not just vision exam, but medical of some sort. Without insurance, which I do not have health insurance, it starts at $299 for any diagnosis. I have my doctor who can do that just fine. I met with Rose Hayes, who was very nice and friendly. Though, one thing is they do dilate your eyes, so make sure you have sunglasses with you if you're driving by yourself, thankfully I had mine with me. They have a wide selection of frames there, all very nice and modern, i attached a pic of the ones i picked for example of their name brand frames. Office and exam areas are pretty clean, mostly everyone was friendly and pleasant. All in all, I feel their a pretty good vision care center. This was my first time there and I won't pick up my glasses for a couple weeks, so hopefully they return as I ordered them. I definitely will be back for my next year visit, and other vision care needs.
