Had my annual checkup scheduled and got a call from them and they said after 15 years of taking my insurance they don't anymore, and I have new insurance starting in a month and it's one of the biggest companies in the USA and told me they don't take it either. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional, and just acted oh well go find someone else! Used to refer people to them all the time, never again! Bad place to do business with!
