Absolute worst patient experience. Avoid this place. I'm certain Dr. Millet is quite competent but the business model is filled with hidden and fees. Straight forward billing would make much more sense than trying to scam patients out of additional dollars with bogus fees. It was like being at a shady used car dealer. There are much more reputable eye care facilities in the area. Save yourself the aggravation!

I have been to Dr. Miller's office a handful of times now. It never fails that her and the staff are welcoming & efficient in what they do. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr Miller and her staff are great! You can tell they love what they do and really care about their patients. Plus- they have an awesome frame selection!!

Dr Miller is amazing. Her staff is amazing! I went for my first visit and after I checked in I was able to check out all of the beautiful frames for new glasses. Before long I was called to come and get my very thorough pre exam. The next step was seeing Dr Miller. What a pleasing experience! Not only did she talk to me and do more examination of my eyes, she spent time explaining what was going on, put me at ease and helped set up a consultation for the next step to help correct my vision. I have never had an appointment go so wonderful. Highly recommend Dr Miller and her office!

Dr Miller is the best out there! My first visit was amazing. She diagnosed an issue I was having and made me feel very comfortable in my options. I have never had anyone explain in detail what the anatomy of the eye is nor what the Dr was looking for. Highly recommend Visual Eyes not only for Dr Miller, but for the staff also! All very helpful and friendly! Cannot say enough about the great vibes this office gives out!

As a newbie to the area, had to find a new eye doctor. Whoever the lady is that roomed me was very unpleasant. Zero personality. As a healthcare professional myself, I get the desire to get in and out with roomimg a patient. This lady needs a new job, cause she clearly doesn't like her job and clearly does not care to hear what patients have to say. Dr Miller is is fabulous!! She's so nice and sweet. Clearly cares about the patient and listens to what you have to say. With all that said, I will not be back. The pricing is ridiculous. My mouth dropped when told how much my glasses were going to be. About $350-$400 more than typical. Guess when you have a high end lifestyle, you have to fund it somehow. I won't contribute to that in the future.

I stopped in to see if they could fix my glasses since the screw came out and my arm fell off... not only did they do it... they did it right then and there with the biggest smile on their face and it didn't cost a dime!!!

5 stars for every visit I have made to Visual Eyes! Dr. Ann is fantastic! She explains everything thoroughly, offers options on treatment plan, and listens attentively! Tara is wonderful at assisting in picking out what frames best fit your face and personality! There is not a better option in Lima when getting vision exams and new eyeglasses!
