Cleveland Eye Clinic - Parma - Dr. Dowd & Dr. Zanoudakis

I am glad i decided to call and schedule my appointment. The representative i talked to was very helpful and professional and that made the process less stressful. She worked towards getting me the earliest appointment possible. Everyone at the office were kind and greeted me with a smile and Dr. Zanoudakis was both professional and friendly. It was a wonderful visit and i look forward to seeing everyone again at my next appointment.

Aside from Dr.Z and Michella, this has been an adventure. Buyer beware. The appointments are thru a call center, and they know nothing. Your insurance?? Ask when you walk in the door, you might be leaving. The call center sucks. Sorry to the good people who work there but a horrible experience. Never again

I ordered a new pair of progressive lenses/frames over the summer and noticed the left lens was blurry. I took the glasses in and Dr. Dowd confirmed in August that the left lens was made incorrectly. I had the glasses sent back to be re-done, and they came back in mid-September. This time, the right lens was done incorrectly, so Dr. Dowd had them sent back again for work. It is now the very end of October, and after a month and a half, my glasses that I paid almost $400 for are nowhere to be seen. I have contacted this office numerous times; I was routed through to some off-site customer service person who, after putting me on hold for 10 minutes, came back and said "They don't have your glasses yet" (obviously) and couldn't give me an answer as to when they would be done, which is why I originally called. Yesterday, I called and got through to another customer service person who said she would contact Delores, the manager, and that Delores would contact me that day. No one contacted me. Then, this morning, I called again and was promised by another customer service person that I would hear back from the office today. It is now past closing time, and no one has called me. I have been dealing with migraines almost daily because all I have are my readers, and I just want my glasses I paid for. Dr. Dowd is a kind man, but this has been a terribly frustrating experience, with no one who seems willing to respond. Update: I finally received my 3rd pair of glasses on 11/8, after waiting almost 2 months for them to be fixed. They were still done incorrectly. It has now been almost a week of trying to get ahold of this location to process a refund, and I just keep getting routed to a call center that is not helpful in any way. Best of luck to you if you end up going here. Update 2: It's now 12/8 and still, no one has contacted me about getting a refund. I was promised a phone call before Thanksgiving with a resolution and nothing.

The Cleveland Eye Clinic with Dr Dowd is just fabulous. We have been using them for years and they staff and doctors are top of the line. My husband and I highly recommend them. They are the best in the business.

What I like most about your office is how thorough Dr. Dowd is with each of his patients. Because of his equipment, he's able to look inside of our eyes to see if there are diseases or damage to blood vessels, etc. He has always Explained everything he has done and the pictures on the computer he shows us the health of our eyes. I like that he will discuss options with you. I've been coming to Dr. Dowd for a very long time and as I am getting older, I think that I am so happy that I have This thorough examination. I still like talking to the office so I always asked to be connected when I get the people on the other end. Thank you

The staff is really pleasant the doctor was really amazing he took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss everything about my eyes with me

Thorough and careful exams. Excellent reviewing of prior data. Good variety and explanation of lens types. Limited variety of frames - not high fashion.

Appointments are easy to make. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've been going to Dr Dowd for several years now.
