I had an eye exam, and the doctor was amazing! He was patient, kind, friendly, and made me feel that my concerns were very important to him. He thoroughly explained everything very well and provided informed consent for an exam that I was unsure about. Extremely pleased!!! If only every health care visit were like this!!

Dr. Garofalo was great, but overall, would not come back because it was a complete disrespect of my time to be 40 minutes behind schedule without notifying me prior to my appointment or even as I checked in. If I had known they were running that late, I would've cancelled and left as soon as I checked in. I work six 11-hour shifts this week, so this was my one day off and I really could have used that time to do something else. This should have been a one-star review, but added an extra star because I had a good experience with the doctor at least and it was not his fault.
