It was my first time at this location of Pearle and I really liked it. Dr. Shepard was very kind and my exam was a breeze. The people who helped me pick my glasses afterwards were very attentive and helped me through that as well. I'm looking forward to getting my new pair. As someone who dreads any type of doctor visit, I appreciated everyone there and plan to come again.

Our experience at this location was exceptional- from the exam to the glasses selection. The customer service is what sells the products- and we were very pleased with everything! The manager was very kind and helpful with our son- who was there for his first eye appt. and needed glasses- he put this pre-teen at ease with the whole process. I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. I had a prescription from an ophthalmologist. Johnny helped me. He gave me a tray I told him what I like. He picked several pairs of frames and we sat down and narrowed it down to the pair I liked best. He was professional, knowledgeable, genuinely concerned that I was happy with my choice. He offered input and has a great personality. He was funny and made me feel comfortable and important as a customer. The whole process took under an hour . Best experience ever. Highly recommend. The manager approached me before left and asked how everything went. I told him FANTASTIC!

I have been coming here myself for about four years. The doctors are amazing and the staff is so helpful. Last year my 3 year old needed glasses and they were so helpful and patient with him. Every time we come in the staff is so nice and makes sure our glasses are tuned up and cleaned and gives us free samples. My kids love coming here. I would definitely recommend!

From scheduling, to insurance to exam pretesting to visiting with the doctor and purchasing contacts/glasses is seamless/very professional. They always know my insurance benefits and explain everything to me. The doctor answers all my questions and listens to concerns if any. I have purchased many glasses with Walid, who is very knowledgeable in what would be best the options for what I'm looking for/insurance. The front desk is very helpful. My favorite eye doctor!
