I have been coming here for years without any issues. However today I had an appointment at 10:05. Did a prescreening and it is now 10:45 without getting in with a doc. Still waiting. Only book if you have 2 hours free time.

On 1/6/26 I went into the store to look for some new glasses. Before they would talk to me about glasses they wanted to see the prescription. After putting in the information the couldn't find my eye doctors license number or something like that. So they couldn't give me a price as though the doctor's info determined the price and not my insurance. And was told I would get a call the next day with a price on a frame/prescription I was interested in. It's now 1/11 and I have not received a call. A few days later I went to Warby Parker and the immediately gave me a price without seeing the prescription. The is a lack of training at this store.

Their website says they accept my insurance, but when I make an appointment, they tell me they don't and that I would have to pay $199. If they don't accept it, they should remove it from their website and stop wasting people's time.
