I called on April 26,2021 and got a appointment from Dan for May17,2021 went there for appointment only to be told I didn't have a appointment that I made 3.5 weeks earlier. Kristen didn't apologize for anything even though it was the offices mistake didn't even offer to fix the situation, just said I can make you another appointment. This happens alot I asked her what is her issue with me that this happens often! Dr.Crapanzano is good I'm wondering how many others this has happened to? It's so disheartening!

They keep the doors locked. Receptionist took my temperature and said I need to cool down. I said Give me my records. I'm healthy. I'm changing doctors. Oh it was in the 80's and humid and I was wearing at hat. Wonder if that raised my temperature? I am perfectly healthy. Disrespect someone else. I have been going here for many yearrs over paying for exams and glasses.
